Bachelor of Engineering-Finally, a Graduate.

The Anna University Final semester B.E. results were published today(22/5/08). As expected, most students cleared all their current papers. With this, we are officially engineers. I wont get into the debate of whether we are engineers in the actual sense of the word or whether we are merely pseudo-engineers.To each his own.

Well, it is now that college life officially comes to an end. It is with mixed feelings that I am stepping out of the portals of college. Again, whether these 4 years have added anything meaningful to my life is a question over which I have to ponder. Yes, college has taught me a lot of things. Not merely academic, of course. However, I have been waiting for this moment for a long time and now that it is upon me, I do feel a little overwhelmed but nevertheless I am elated and feeling very liberated.

P.S. This post was composed on the 22nd but posted only today(26/5/08) since I had to push off to Yelagiri early the next day and my thoughts were not very coherent.

You do Engineering under Anna University and expect your thoughts to be coherent at the end of the course ? :)

Oh, and we would be wearing YELLOW robes, not black. :(

I know we will be wearing yellow robes, but I dint care enough to search for one.

As long as the meaning is conveyed.
